Shipping Policy: Orders are shipped prepaid and added to invoice. UPS Ground is used whenever possible. Rush shipment is available.

Return Policy: Please contact us at 715-262-8400 or orders@NorthStarTherapeutics.com prior to returning a product. Product must be unopened for full credit. Defective products will be replaced by manufacturer.
