| | Rush shipment is available upon request. Requests for overnight shipping must be received prior to 11:00 AM Central Time to guarantee next day delivery.
| | Friday overnight deliveries will arrive the following Monday.
| | Saturday deliveries are not available online. Order must be called in at (715) 262-8400 to assure Saturday delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

All returned products must be in sellable condition and in original packaging. Credit for returns is issued to the original purchaser. A credit memo will be issued that can be applied to purchases made within one year. Products need to be returned within 10 days of receipt. If you receive merchandise in error or a defective product, NorthStar Therapeutics will pay return shipping expenses. Damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 10 days of purchase. Shipping damage should be noted to the carrier at the time of delivery. In the event of damaged delivery, please indicate damages on the delivery bill and have it signed by the driver.
